Reflecting on ushering
Ushering was always something i had looked forward to, i really enjoyed serving God in ushering. Whenever im part of the ushering team i feel important, i feel authority and people look up to me as a role model, and thats not something that happens often. I know that in God's eyes all are equal, but whenever i do ushering i just feel more in favour in God's eyes, i feel more umm holy. I really enjoyed ushering for the church, and i hope to do it again sometime soon. It was another great experience ushering for the church and i hope to relive that experience ^^

Its great that you enjoyr ushering. Service to God does require a sacrifice always. Even King david said in
2 Samuel 24:24 "No, I insist on paying you for it. I will not sacrifice to the LORD my God burnt offerings that cost me nothing."
However always keep in mind that God is FAR more interested in US as his children than he is in the things we do for Him. because its possible to serve without a servant's heart and then its just like clocking CIP hours for God. He doesnt need our CIP, he wnats us to grow as his children with his heart:)
